Manassas VA Grease Trap Cleaner
If you own a restaurant, you know how important your grease trap is. You also know that cleaning it can be a real nightmare. It’s messy. It stinks (literally), and by the time you’re done, you’ll be filthy enough that you’ll probably want to throw away the clothing you were wearing while you were getting the job done.
That’s why most restaurant owners choose to outsource keeping the trap cleaned, but given its importance, that’s not a job you want to hand over to just anyone. You need an expert you can trust. That’s why you should call Manassas VA’s #1 grease trap cleaner.
Since we first opened our doors in 1977, we’ve been exceeding the expectations of each and every customer we serve, and with decades of experience under our belts, there’s not much our talented crew hasn’t seen. Even if your grease trap is a total disaster, we’ve got you covered. No job is too big for our seasoned team.
Here’s what you can expect when you call us:
- We’ll completely drain your tank, emptying it of grease and wastes
- Thoroughly clean and inspect the tank and all baffles
- Once the cleaning and inspection is complete, we’ll perform a test to be certain that waste and water is flowing properly through the system
- Finally, we’ll properly dispose of all materials pumped from your grease trap
As you can see, we offer a comprehensive, end-to-end service. That’s why we’re Manassas VA’s top-rated grease trap cleaner!
Of course, simply keeping your grease trap clean is only one part of the equation. Of equal importance is the notion of education. If your employees don’t know how to use, or what not to put into the trap, then you’re going to have to call on us more often than you otherwise would (typically, you can expect that your grease trap will need to be cleaned out about every 4-6 weeks). Here are a few things to be sure your employees aren’t doing:
- Pouring hot water into the trap – Doing this will dissolve the grease in your trap, allowing it to pass through to your septic system or to the municipal sewage system you’re connected to.
- Connecting a dishwasher to the trap – This as the same effect as pouring hot water directly into the trap, and should be avoided
- Connecting a sink to the trap if the sink has a garbage disposal unit attached to it
- Pouring bleach, drain cleaners, additives, or other chemicals into the trap
As long as you avoid the things mentioned above, you should be fine, and your grease trap shouldn’t need more frequent cleanouts.
If you’re not sure how long it’s been since you had your trap looked at, it’s probably overdue. Just give Manassas VA’s premier grease trap cleaner, and we’ll get it taken care of for you.
